Hi All,

I'm new to all this, I have bought a C/T 5000 hd and have just loaded in the latest 138p stb. I can't seem to switch Multi Cas on, I was told after loading this I would be able to go into my security settings and turn it on?

Normely multicas is always on on the ClarkTech 5000. To put it of or on you go to Menu/System Settings/Security Settings/Multy Cas.
The password is normaly 4 times zero.

I'm new to all this, I have CL5000C+ and have just loaded in the latest 138p stb. I can't seem to switch Multi Cas on the menu, multicas does exist in Menu/System Settings/Security Settings.
another problem I put 8282 and nothing
Please help me.

Sure multi cas isn't on and it's the keys that need updating. Not at home so can't advice on entering the service menu, I've only done it once, but other than that I don't have a current need.

There are a fair few people that find the multi cas off or claim that it's off which is confusing in that it should be on, so not sure how that happens.

Other than that are you finding 1.38p OK ?. There were teething issues but the impression that I get is that has now been sorted, but I've held back myself from upgrading until more positive reports.

Ok! I fix the multicass. The problem is the firmware, I put the wrong version

I did move over to 1.38p without problems except it now doesn't record radio.
