just i got to my files and it says pergatury....what does this mean is it cos an admin hasnt checked em over yet?

the latest fta 101 bin file is up and running. the starview bin file dated 150906 is not working

I have tried the starview update and i can't get it to work either,loads ok but still no channels,i guess i will have to keep manually updating till some clever person works out the formula...
