Default TM_5400_Patching_via_usb?

Are all memory pens compliant with this model !

Updated 243 Patch via (Darkman) loader 2 days ago,
Today i tried to use memory pen copy and paste new patch 244
(unzipped of course) to integral 512mb
Plugged into 5400 usb
go to data transfer and patch is not seen!!!
Is this the memory pens fault or am i doing this incorrectly?

I have a 5200 and have transfered a dark mans patch and lots of soft cam file , the only thing I do different is that I drag amd drop the unzipped
file on to the the memory stick and it as work every time.

I use tm5300. I save patch/softcam etc to usb stick and then load. It is easy to do mate, make sure usb stick is fat32. You can save to desktop etc and then right click and send to usb drive also with same reults.

You could try re-formatting your existing memory stick to be FAT32.
In xP go Start~My Computer and right click on the memory drive and pick the format option. The first screen should tell you the existing format. Dont use the Quick Format this just deletes everything keeping existing format.
Good Luck

thanks for your input guys i have found a solution to my problem

My daughter had mistakenly deleted the UDPV264 application (password control application) in the partition!
I managed to replace it with a copy off my brother in law.

So I'm now able to update Tps bin files in my receiver via usb

I have got the 5400CI+ USB with Conax embedded. Is it possible to convert the Conax into the new Multicas reader as provided in the series Super ?
