Krakow does that mean that it doesn't recognise the drive if so join the club I've been like that since June with 1.43 / 1.47 / 1.49 !. I will throttle someone soon. I continue with 1.38 but I don't like to feel that I'm using old software.

I've now placed an order for a Logitech hub which some claim can sort out issues like this... but we will see. Clearly the developers of the software don't test out the software on a range of equipment and the Buffalo is a popular drive to use with the CT.

It recognizes hard drive, but can’t record HD channels, I try my hard drive and USB stick with same negative result. I dont test 1.49ver yet.

CT have finally accepted that I do have a problem which is good to know so they have passed on my problem to the developers [probably written on a beer mat in a back street pub in Germany]... it irritates me somewhat that serious issues of the software not working correctly are ignored on that German speaking board, whilst CT themselves didn't release anything new from 1.35 back in early spring and then when they do provide the next release it has all the bugs in it of 1.43 plus a few more, but I think 1.49 fixes those of 1.47, but not mine which was in 1.43.

Default 1.47ver error

I can’t say this better.
It take me 10 second to find the hard drive error, I was choked that after several month Clarke can release software with so obvious error. This proves for me that they not do beta test.

1.51 seems to be a lot more stable and is an improvement on everything so far . The Logitech hub working with my other photo card hub combined sort out the Buffalo drive handling even if Clarke Tech won't sort out their software.

Recording radio channels is now possible again, not too sure when this arrived back, 1.47 or 1.49 or 1.51 and the box doesn't turn itself off if already on, if playing back when recording and the event finishes, so that's an improvement. So I'm a lot happier now that I'm not stranded on 1.38. I can also use my sley card in the boxes card slot rather than in trex or diablo.
