It's called a 'Forced Upload' and works with many receivers when there is a problem.. eg: wrong f/w loaded..

Lets not get confused the term Forced upload = sends firmware from receiver to PC

What were are attempting to do here is a Forced Download from pc to Receiver to over-ride an incomplete or damaged patch.

I always get my uploads and downloads confused

.

I work it out on the basis that the connection software only allows you to push the software into the box, least on the CT so that then gives me the term for which menu tab I need for the channel listings
