Default How do I keep bouquets on a freshly uploaded image?

When I install any image, the preset bouquets are perfect. ie channel 1 is BBC 1, etc. However, when I scan for channels and select the bouquet setting to Keep Existing, it messes the whole bouquet up and the channels go all over the place ie channel 1 becomes PCNE Chinese.

How do I sort this problem?

Keep existing should do exactly that, do you save all settings before the scan?

You could FTP the bouquets file to your PC and back to your dbox after the scan.

I tried doing that but after I transfer the files back after the scan, all the channels say error channel not available. Mind you last night I think I left the box on overnight when it said the same error, and when I switched the TV on the next day, all the channels were available again. Is this normal?
