My satellite box GI-T/S870 CRCI xpeed;

Process through menu to access USB;

MENU

SYSTEM SETTING ok

SOFTWARE UPGRADE BY USB ok nothing happens?

Or

LIST OF USB ok nothing happens

The ok button works to access all other functions on the SYTEM SETING menu. USB is plugged in? but unable to update box

Could you help

Try to take advantage of replacement FW through COM Port
PS You casually did not try to update FW from clone GI?
