Just bought a Samsung LE40A656 40 inch HD , tv a Thomson $ky plus HD box and a Toshiba RDXV48 video dvd combi
Set the dish and lnb up no problem On my old $ky system I could tune my tv set to recieve a $ky signal on a channel (6) RF1 and RF2 outputs fed downstairs and upstairs tv sets . With this new stb I can only get a signal to the tv via skart to skart conection , is this normal with the new generation of stb . if this is so whats the purpose of the rf in and out connections . |

Am not certain with that model without checking but most modern stb's now only have Aerial in with the loop for Aerial out.. in your case maybe 2 outputs. You will have to check this with your user manual
You have the component video outputs.. so you could feed this into a sender unit instead of cabling.. to send the sat signals to other Tv's Please note the way i have edited your post for future reference if you post more on this.. This is to stop search engines picking up on this word..
