Default Multiple Recordings

Hello, This is my first post here.

I was wondering if it was possible to have one decoder and one dish, together with a sort of dvd recorder which can record more then one dvd at a time (not the same thing tough)

1) Is this kind of setup possible?

2) Is there a way that i can record a program, and at the same time watch another one without interfering with the recording.

Thanks

This kind of setup is possible if you have a receiver (decoder) with 2 tuners..
Then you could record 2 different channels at once and watch one of them simultaneously

Dreambox 7025 for example can do this..
