It says that with this firmware and version 2.2 Free X TV should be working, but no go.
Let it for about 3 minutes on Free X TV 1 but no picture and no update.
My configuration is:
Auto PMT off
Emulators on
Fixed CW off

Setting is:
Auto PMT ON
Emulator ON
Fixed CW OFF

Free X tv is still working with Diablo cam 2.2 but seems to have trouble updating on the 2 Free X tv channels.
Just tried (with CW on, although it should make no difference), had to re initialize the cam on Frenchlovertv to get it to update, it then worked on the other 3 channels.
