Clark Tech 2100

Hi,
I have a question and hope that you can help me...i have a Clarke Tech 2100, not the plus, i have recently put the newest firmware on the machine as I was loosing dutch channels. I have legal dutch card from Canal digitaal and don't understand why i am loosing these channels. Even after adding the new firmware i can harldly see anything anymore. I have another machine which is an original Canal digitaal machine and there i see everything with this card. Can you tell me if I am doing something wrong? Is there another firmware I need to install for the dutch card or do i just need to buy a new machine? Has Canal digitaal changed something that I can't view almost anything anymore?
I really hope there is someone out there who can help as I don't know what my options are anymore.

Hi and welcome to Satmoz Petra..

Can you tell me which channels specifically you are missing..? and also are you watching Canal digitaal on Astra1 (19.2ºE) or on Thor2 (0.8ºW)
I am thinking that maybe some channels have moved frequency but without knowing which channels i cannot say

Did you try re-scanning the satellite?.. If not.. give that a try

Thanks for your reply. I have astra 1...which is 19.2. I am missing nederland 1,2,3 discovery, national geographic, animal planet and veronica/jetix. I have rescanned the satellite at least 3x. I have also downloaded the newest software from Clarke tech, but nothing...i am wondering if something has changed withe system? I used to use the PCMCA card to read the canal digitaal card but that also changed from one day to the next ( it doesn't read that anymore).

Go to menu:

1) Install
2) Blind Search on Astra-1 (wait a few min they will come)

Compare your frequencies with the list here:-

In the Ctech menu i would do an Auto Scan with Network on..
