no nile 7w

i live on south coast england recently got 1m dish so i could get nilesat but when i scan for channels on dreambox it wont lock to any transponder what can i do to recieve these channels......thanks in advance you have always been a great help....cheers oint:

Nilesat is very weak, but I would have thought that a correctly alligned 1m dish on the south coast should get something.

i use autoscan is there another way because at one point the signal bars are quite high but dont lock to the signal if i was any closer to the coast i would be in the sea i get all other sats from 45e - 30w or can i get a signal booster or something.......cheers

With a standard Sat receiver, I would suggest pointing the dish at 8w and nudging east on a Nilesat transponder until the signal peaks - never used a dreambox, so don't know how the signal display works.
