Default Favorite Apple Program

For me, it's gotta be garageband. I'm a musician-at-heart, so it works for me!

Hey, I was about to say GarageBand too! I make a point to go to the Apple store in the mall nearest me just to play around with that program. Really makes me wish I could afford that entire setup...keyboard and all!

I would say iTunes / GB / Dashboard (If that counts!)

I use those 3 the most, so I guess they are my fav's!

Got to go with iTunes, though I'd also give Preview an honourable mention for being a quick graphics editor/converter and displaying pdfs quicker than the current version of Adobe Reader.

I go Final Cut Pro too, OSX is so solid a platform for video work.

isquint is great for converting video files into ipod compatible ones!
Also iMovie HD is brilliantly simple, plug in DV cam import and burn to disc.
