Eurovox Max netid help

Hello I would like ask if someone would post voxer latest version for flashing the box. I think voxer will also change the netid from what I have read on the forum so it will show the provider name it just shows as --- at the moment. I am assuming this is the problem because it did work properly until I had to do a factory reset and my area isint in the list. Also if no one can provide voxer could someone tell me how to change the netid on the box manually thanks in advance.
