hi i`m not getting 19.2E Astra1 HD on technomate6900. Can any body please tell me why?

Sounds as if your dish is out of alignment if you are located in the UK. Go to 10.774H
22.000. then go to motorised settings and move the dish left or right to see if you get a signal.
