As I posted elsewhere,197 causes problems, requesting pin but also if you press radio/tv the set goes to tv,at 30 deg west, only cure is save all settings factory reset then reload 196 then latest keys, then put your channels back in and reset your settings this removes the problems.

@ maud
That seems rather a tricky:wink_smile: way of getting over the problem. I, on my TM1000D, only get the pin message prompt when I initially turn the box on since installing patch 297. I'll not try your trick:wink_smile:, too complicated. I'll go the way that COMPASS advises. PS, thanks COMPASS that did the trick, all sorted now. |

Maud I don't have the issue you have regarding Radio/Tv Button sending you to 30 west mine is fine, can you elaborate on which or who's channel listing you are using maybe it's corrupt ?
Regards compass

@ COMPASS
re "Got to say J i do love your avatar ", took me hours of dsearching to find one that I liked. @maud I do not know if I had a problems with the radio as I only scan for TV channels. Then delete those which do not open with the patch. Must admit there are no problems with the latest patch on my TM5200D just that slight hitch with the latest patch on the TM1000D |
