hi
i wonder if anyone can solve my problem. i have adiablo cam, in an echostar 3600 ip. when i load up the cam, all is working well, but if i move to eutelsat & back for example, without taking out the cam, it goes off!! if i leave the cam in & turn receiver on to standby, switch back on, it has gone off. this means that every time i want to watch thor & digitv i have to reformat the cam.
anyone have some idea what is going on?

never heard of this before but it is known diablo tempermental in echostar, certainly would not advise constant reformatting of cam only do this when cam becomes unstable, On retuning to 1west do you go to fta channel first and then switch to encrypted nag2 or conax channel ? in cam menu is auto pmt on or off ? are you using a caids file edited to just what you need ?

reformat cam load 170 again load latest keys bin go to *** view channel [it will not open]..
have pmt on na off c/w off leave on channel for two minute's turn pmt back on again go to digi [should open then go to canal that should open to [work's for me as i had the same problem]..

Just a thought I think your receiver has problems with 16 or more caids!

load a reduced caids file
