interesting, been with them for a few years now and was at 1meg uncaped but all of a sudden they upgraded me and its been all over the place, from 1 meg to 3.5 meg, but on average about 2 meg, but now it keeps droping out, starting to **** me off, at least at 1 meg i could leave it on all day no problem, but now it may be ok for 10 mins or 2 hours, i must phone them, its been about 3 weeks now so it should have settled by now

well i was advised to get a un capped one and at the time i got a cople of months free so it worked out reasnable, as they said i aint reached i gig / month lol so a capped one for me is the best.
the reason i got a un capped one was i was going to have a dabble at downloading films ect but never got ant where, spent 23 hours downloading pirates od the carabian 2 and it was not what they said

so £10 cheaper and double the speed sounds better for me although i aint got a clue how to test it any way, will 1~ 2 meg look any different ??

they did offer me 8 meg 15 gig cap for £19.99 2 months free but i just want to bring the cost down .

what i would say is go for it , say you want a migration code and you are fed up and see what they come up with .

ok two bits of advice as i am a bit of a ticko with computers

supose to be on 2 meg so tried one of those speed checker and i think i done it right lol and it is comming up with Upload speed: 241 kilobits per second , is that right .

another thing is i paid £23.49/ month and was told as i paid in advance that i would get my months refunded, the new one is £14.99/ month and i was told i would get a month free and i would be billed and refunded it at the same time.

on my bill i have been charged £15.49 and no refund, hmmm £14.99 and charged £15.49 and no refund, that dont sound right , should i call them or give them a couple of days to see if it appears on my account , say leve it till monday.

thanx for any advice
