i know its of boxes subject but can you turn the narrater of on pc cards

Hi guys ive got a eurovox ex5000 pvr, i press the red button and nothing happens, ive tried lookin for an english 1 / 2 but cant find 1. the voice over comes on some channels and those channels arent audio description channels, can someone help!! its driving me crazy!!1
