There are no English channels or Sky at 23.5 east,...they are at 28.2east,....first before anyone can help you we need to know things such as the make and model of satellite receiver and more importantly the size of dish you are using,.....

Sounds like your dish is not correctly set up. What is your longitude and latiude as thes will govern which bird you use to peak your signal and your various dish angles.

What are your longitude and latitude? What type of dish do you have - prime focus or offset? What type of mount do you have? I need this information before I can start to help.

First set your mount to it's zero position. This should put your dish at the highest point in it's arc. Now check that you have all the mount and dish angles set correctly. If you are happy with these angles slowly rotate the whole assembly manually around your pole until you maximise the signal from the satellite which is closest to due south of your longitude - I'm guessing this is ExpressAM22 at 53E. Tighten the mount bolts carefully so the mount doesn't move. Now drive the dish to the most west extreme satellite you shold recieve and check reception. Tilt the dish slightly up or down by pulling on the top or bottom edge. If the signal drops in both cases your dish should be correctly set up. If not, drive the dish to the furthest east you can recieve and repeat. If you have to tilt up in both cases your dish is too high and vice versa. Go back to zero and reset your angles and repeat. If the dish is high on one side and low on the other you need to rotate the mount slightly towards the low side. Hope this helps!
