I have installed over 100 sat systems up to 2.4m, PF and offset. Mostly in Spain and the UK. All on either FTA or SKY boxes.

I am now in Latvia and bored silly.

Legal situation and market forces permitting why don't you investigate whether you can diversify just a little bit - Become a "supply and fit" type of installer instead of a sub-contracting installer. You would market the sat/audio/vision equipment as supplier and as agent and also provide a fitting / installation service.

With targeted advertising and modern technology you may operate from home with e-mail /phone enquiries to begin with. If you establish only just enough to take an apprentice in, suddenly the authority-doors will begin to open and regs will relax.

On a lighter note, if you keep the Latvians busy with their satellite viewing, it will also help with controlling the population explosion..(Ha Ha)
