Hi mega51 and welcome to the forum. It would help if you made an introduction first, also to tell us what your experience/set-up is. We would then be able to give help. I do appreciate how difficult it is for someone new to our hobby, but, finding out how is part of the "Frustration"! ooops hobby
At this time, the TM series receiver is updated by installing the latest "Patch" and then updating the keys/codes with the latest "Softcam" I use a "Nullmodem" cable (not serial) and the Darkman_TMLoader_187. This cable plugs into the TM and your PC. You can then send and recieve info/files/chans etc. I hasten to add that I have a TM6900HD and hope that this applies to your version.

Hope this helps a bit

Hello mega51, Welcome to satmoz.

If your receiver has already been modified & you just want the latest hex keys you can get them from here http://www.satmoz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=26295

However, If the receiver's unmodified, you can modify it yourself by using the following threads to get the latest files, & please make sure you download the correct ones by the model no.

Loader:-- http://www.satmoz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=17265
To use the above loader you will also need a Null Modem cable.

Patch:-- http://www.satmoz.com/forum/showthread.php?t=10060

Softcam:-- http://www.satmoz.com/forum/showthre...t=15875&page=2

Bigglesk has given you an :lightbulb: Idea on how to load the software, but have a GOOD read in the discussions area of the forum to get a feel of things & once you have downloaded all you need, crack on.
If your not sure on anything, ask here & someone will guide you through to the end.:thumbs_up:

Regards
