freezing sagem 1xI dbox2, please help!

Hi all,
Recently bought a dbox2 plugged it in and scanned for channels. Got loads of channels but the picture kept freezing, sound seemed to work. Flashed a commando 2.0 then sportster 1.75 image on to the box, found 300 channels with the sportster image but again the channels keep freezing but the sound seems ok.

changed the ucodes trying both 001A and 0014, and changed evocams but neither seems to solve the problem.

Dont know what to do next, can anyone help?
