There's a complate debacle at present over what iTunes sales may or may not be, with Forrester Research having published claims that iTunes sales had tanked:
Platinax Small Business News » Apple iPhone delayed as iTunes crashes Now Forrester are in retreat mode claiming it was everybody else's fault: Platinax Small Business News » Forrester in damage limitation over Apple iTunes report Sad, really. |

Can you say, "oops"? Sounds like they have no idea about what's really going on. I really wish people would make sure they had things straight before posting stories/claims like that.

I had heard about itunes sales falling. I was a little surprised because I just always thought that they were doing good. But you are right you wonder sometimes what is really going on. It seems to change depending on who is doing the reporting.

Did anyone hear about their latest issue? Apparently, so many people tried the acces the iTunes store after the holidays that the service completely crashed.
