I had the same problem. When the system returns to the user installation screen press the update button (The Red one) All your scanned channels will then reappear. Hope that helps.

noticed u offer dnupman program to previous guy online - I also am having problems but keeps flashing up 'no signal from transponder'. I have printed off the tutorial to try that but it states that I need the dnupman program. I haven't got a clue as to what this is - so can u pls send to me. as I do not have enough posts to show my email address any chance u cud fax 2 me on xxxxx xxxxxx. wud b most grateful for any help.

dose anyone no how to change a net id on a eurovox max blue as i have moved house and lost sports channels i have triedc every thing

Try changing the sylabus rate to 6.887 or 6.952 0r 6.875 and do a full scan again on each different frequency hope this helps
