hello my euro vox max was first set up in west midlands and now i have moved to bolton i can no longer get sky sports channes and many others are missing , ihave tried scanning on 6952 6887 and the other one that was sent but my box will only pick up a few channels when scanned on 6952 even though is a 6887 area can any one help please thanks

You need to clear your channel list first before doing a full powrescan, press menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data, then do a full powerscan, as this will save you the hassle of ascertaining if you are 6952 or 6887.

I've just downloaded a channel dump file (for Notts area) to my Eurovox, now all I get is 'No Signal' on every channel!!

Should I have of deleted the existing data first or was I right by just writing over what was already there.

Luckily (or so i thought) I'd saved my old .cdf in case I had any issues with the new .cdf. But when I've downloaded that i'm still getting 'No Signal' on everything!!

What is the correct procedure for loading the channel dumps, should I be clearing data first or maybe a factory reset first or is it ok to just write over what was already there??

hi folks
this is my first time on the forum so please excuse my stupidity.
just bought euro-vox max v and have been thru set up proceedures to no avil. tryed full and normal power scans with both 6887 and 6952 with no channels showing up after.

help please i'm going insane

Is the box flashed, press menu, config and system info and post what it says. I presume you have a live digital feed.

hi all, im new to forum so please be patient and easy on me .
how do i reset pin number .when i type in my pin box doesn,t reconise it. dont want to unplug to reset just incase i cant scan channels again. any ideas

Have just purchased the eurovox max v black,the information firmware update is 29 September can some one give me a link for the latest update and the loader for it please,and I only receive around 225 channels would this be correct thanking you.
