Hi on the eurovox max it is the red button, the screen comes up with a box with two options, I think it say "english" or "off". Move cursor down to off and press OK, should now remove the anoying chatter!

I have a Euro-vox, model No. DB-XC Box. I have lost most of my chanels, it keeps saying service unknown.
Can anyone tell me how to get my chanels back please.

My Eurovox Max remote has stopped allowing me to change the volume. All else is working - Anyone have an idea how I can get the volume to work again please?

Can you please tell me what you mean by red box and blue box does it mean the colour of the card board box that you get the eurovox in when you buy it?

Please can someone help me!

A friend of mine recently purchased a euro-vox max. He has virgin cable in his house. He asked me to set the thing up for him but i am having a few problems.

I have the cable connected to the virgin digi-box downstairs and and im running a cable to the eurovox-box upstairs. I have a scart lead running from the back of the euro-vox into the tv. The eurovox displays the digits 0000 on the front. The tv is displaying the message "please check your cable status" I looked at the user's manual which came with the box and it says to goto the menu and scan for channels. I have tried this with the remote control and nothing is happening. It seems as if the remote control isnt working or something?!? I have tried pressing all the buttons... nothing ... checked and replaced the batteries... still nothing. Totally stuck, is there something im doing wrong? Some help would be very much appreciated,
