Got digital camera and checked the remote control through the viewer, looks as if the remote control is working fine i'm going to try and switch the boxes from upstairs and downstairs around and see if the connection is ok.
Havent had time yet to do this, will hopefully test it at the weekend,
Thanks everyone for your help so far! much appreciated!

Cheers

Hi,
My Eurovox box stopped working last week. It is stuck in standby mode and wont respond.
I bought the null cable and I have connected this to my pc and turned it on. I dont know what I am supposed to do now. My PC is no where near the TV cable point. Is this a problem? Do I need to have PC, box and the TV all connected together?

I have just opened the box to try and find the switch but I have no idea where I am looking!!!!

Thanks....I have tried to work this out by reading the forum but I have had no joy!

Hi, I am also a new poster with a eurovox max 3. Fortunately mine works fine but my brother in law has just bought one.He has a problem as in his channels and picture are fine but he has loud crackling on every channel instead of any volume.
Was wondering if this was a common fault that can be rectified easily.
Any helpful info would be gratefully received, thanks.
