forgot to mention, it does a full scan between 100 and 870 Mhz quality and level spike from 8% to 98% but the screen just has a large box with "TP : 000" there are no splitters, just a direct supply. please please please help if you can.

ronster: sorry, i forgot to mention that i am from ireland. it wouldn't do anything with the old firmware either. do you think it would hurt to try your service file ? n*t*hell galway.... thanks for your response by the way.

Was wondering if you ever got the problem sorted? Does no transponder come up on the screen? Im in Dublin n*l too, Load of boxes going down around here, sorry dont know what you mean by cdf, If it is the transponder, try going to languages, press 1968, enable emu, press 1968 again, all the providers key table should come up, scroll to n*l, press default, save, press exit twice, go to installation, change frequency to 6.887 and do a full scan, takes around 25 mins and hope for the best!!!!!!! hope this helps

Hello guys, I'm new and due to have a virg*n c@ble installation soon.
Gonna have two TV connections downstairs in different rooms and one broadband connection upstairs.

I've read before that you can split the broadband cable to watch TV too.

Will I be able to split all the cables in the 3 diff rooms to connect to a eurov*x max v3 red 2007?
Or is there a possibility of too much signal degradation?
Thanks for all your help guys.

I've read through this site a few weeks ago, I just wanted to make sure that I can split the broadband cable to connect it to a eurovox max v3 red 2007?
I'm having trouble finding the exact posts where I did read it.

Also, I will be having 3 connections in total install with virg*n in the next few days.
Two TV connections in two different rooms, and one broadband connection upstairs.
Will I be able to split all three connections so I can have 3 eurovoxes connected or will it cause too much signal degradation?

If I can split the broadband cable to connect it to a eurovox, will it affect my download speeds?

P.S. sorry for asking this here if it's the wrong place but didn't want to start a new thread.

Lightbulb Re: Eurovox tutorials

'how to clone your eurovox Firmware to restore another eurovox, box-box transfer'
press - menu/ Config/ system information/ 1968

if you can borrow another box it can be restored by set to set transfer.
Remove lid from faulty box and locate reset button.
Connect both boxes with null modem cable.
Go to Menu on working box,/ config/ system info/ then enter 1968 on remote
2 hidden options appear 'set to set download'
1. program code download
2. channel data download
program download should show.
press reset button on faulty box and wait a moment to see if dnld shows in display, might have to try a few times for it to catch or need to press OK on remote. Should start to download and when complete box will be restored.
Hope this helps.
