hi sharan if u have not sorted it yet your find on the search that u are watching the audio channels look for the channels that dont have the audio next to them they are there hope this helps good luck

Hey all,

I'm new to the Eurovox (& this forum), I have the Eurovox Max 2008 (or whatever the latest model is) and have had it 2 days. Its great!

I now have more Football than ever!

HEAVEN!

I'm on NThell/Virgin Media & am based in the North East of England.

However, I did initially have problems setting it up. When I turned it on, I didn't ever get the "check your cable warning", as some have suggested you should get. I only got a warning stating "no signal is recieved" or similar. Also, when I did the full scan for channels, I didn't find any channels. In the end I managed to fix this, with a few hints from this forum.

Here is how I went about fixing it:
- I restored box back to factory settings.
- Then did a Normal Scan with 6.887 Baud - DID NOT SCAN 6.952!
- Apparently 6.887 is used for NTL/Virgin Media, when I scanend both,
Nothing happened

It may have been fluke but that this worked, but I hope this may help anyone having the same problem.
