Hi,
I am a newbie so please bear with me: I am thinking of getting only the cable broadband installed from NTL (no T.V package), am i right in thinking: 1) That if i plug in a Eurovox Max box and run a scan i can receive all the channels? 2) Would i need to connect a splitter cable to run both the cable modem and Eurovox Max box? 3) What if i wanted to install another Eurovox Max box in another room, would this be possible in conjunction with the existing cable modem and Eurovox Max box already installed in one room if i only went for the cable modem package? Also i have noticed that some threads have attachments, how do i view or download them? Many thanks for your time and help. |

When the forums were merged all the attachments were lost, so you won't be able to download any.
Most NTL Broadband connections will include TV on the same feed, you would be able to use a Eurovox, or D-Box2 or similar. You would need a splitter to run multiple devices so long as you have sufficient signal strength |

You could also try a Tratec FDU-61 amp / splitter, in the spec sheet it says it's bi directional ie the signals can pass both ways. I have seen these on e-*ay
