Thumbs up Frequency

anyone have the frequencies for all channels? I cant pick up a few channels, for example sky sports extra, sky news and quite a few others.
I have done a scan with and without the splitter, but still am having problems finding all the channels. Im new to this game so im looking for help
I have a
EUROVOX MAX - Euro Vox 3 Cable box

approximatley what area are you in, ie east London, Midlands etc.

Iv managed to pick up the channels, anyway that i could get more channels or am i being greedy

A full powerscan should technicaly pick up all the channels in your area...

Although im relativly new thats what everyone told me

sounds like you have got it sorted, I have looked at the signals on the cable in the east London area, so I am able to a manual search.
