Default Read First - BEFORE asking for help!

You're much more likely to get an answer to a tech support question if you take the time to say hi, introduce yourself, and make an effort to take part in the community.

After all, if you can't be bothered to do that, why should anyone be bothered to reply to your questions?

You give a little, you take a little.

Hi Brian

My name is Saeed and I am a new user. Have just asked some questions but noted I had not introduced myself.

I have recently been researching about my cable system and could not make sense of the vast info out there.

To date this is by far the best forum and your input makes it very interesting - Hope we can chat!

regards

Saeed

Thanks
