Anybody know anything about them? Paced an order with them more than three weeks ago but not received anything yet and they don't reply to e-mails via their site. Only consolation is they have not debited my credit card yet either!

If only you did a google search, the amount of complaints coming up, try to stop the payment going through save you a lot more bother and a lot of phone calls .

Sorry that you have got involved with them. They have very bad reports on various sat related boards across the web. If possible, always, buy from web site sponsors. They have a reputation to keep, also you are helping those firms who assist in the financing of a forum.

:sad_smile: The fun and games have started! Received half my order after cancelling it so now I'm battling to get the rest as they've taken all the money. Not a huge amount but it's the principle that counts!!!

Bandits of the 1st degree Placed order 15/12 cancelled 7days later no answer to this or another 2 emails sent payment taken 11/1 they cannot be contacted closed down 14/1 till 6/2 credit card company giving me refund
If you have been unlucky and given them an order best to contact c/card and ask them not to make any payments to falconsat
