I have a Creative DMP FX120 but it has either cracked or got water in it because the screen has got white patches and i can only see 1/4 of the screen can i do something to fix this.

Is it possible to find a replacement screen cover online? Also, is it just the cover, or is the actual screen cracked as well? I don't think you'll be able to fix a water damaged screen, but I could be wrong.

I dont know its just white where the pixil is ment to be

If it's not a silly question, is it within any warranty period?

Just send the thing back anyway and demand that you want a exchange or you are never shoping with them again.

hmm, cos that will work!

I don't think it'd be water damage, sounds like from what you've described that the screen is cracked, probobly from a fall or knock. happened to my old ipod mini, see if you can get replacement parts on the net or ebay
