Power Scan - Eurovox Max

Hi Guys

Not had any problems with my Eurovox max since I got it, It is currently using the Feb 06 firmware and am thinking about doing a power scan to see if I can grab any new channels and such. I am worried that if I do a powerscan I may loose my channels and not get anything back as I know a power scan deletes current channels.

i do power scan nearly every month and i never lose the channels! u shud be ok man as long as ur box is working alright

Hello everyone, quite like this forum has some handy information on it.

I have a question about doing a power scan, I have been told to set the mode to full and set the symbol rate to 6887, however when the mode is set to full it wont let me edit the symbol rate. when i do a full scan in normal mode with the symbolr ate set to 6887 it only finds about 90 channels, with only a couplde of the sports and movies. does anyone have any advice?
