hi thanks lucky13 shows ya how much i know about the ev its just i lost all my stations today got no signal msg on screen. i have to thank you for one of your post that helped me sort the problem went to menu then to config down to clear data pin 1004 i erased all channels then factory default ok then did a full power scan and bingo sorted so big thak you again your doing a brill job.

Funnily enough blinkey - I have just lost all my channels on 371 - have rescanned but no joy all these channels seem to be gone ftb. Will try to rescan again 2moro and see if I can get'm back again. This is the kind of coincidence I don't like LOL

yea lucky13 something is a miss i smell a rat a few people i know are having the same problem i went to the girlfriends house to watch her sat box eat her food and get a foot rub and noticed her sat box had the same no signal could it be for the boxes?

open the box .inside the circuit boards are powered by plug in cables.sometimes you have to make sure the plugs are in snug.be careful not to press too hard otherwise you may break the circuit boards.

i had the same prob dont put cable into rf in put it into rf loop works 100% better

hi razzmondo do you think that could be somthig to do with it beacuse my stations are going haywire and the viewing is gone dire some of my stations are jumping freezing and pic break upnot to mention vanishing.

Channels moved today Lucky. Thanks to Satsmo for heads up on it. Some of the channels on old TP's now moved. 371 is gone now and 418.250 used instead.

I fixed mine by installing new TP. Scanning on it and deleting those FAVS now gone and installing the new ones. Had a couple of probs with some channels disapearing from FAVS but just went into Add Favorite and pressed their little coloured hearts off and on again and they were fine,

Probably is a quicker way of doing it than this!
