well u press menu and goto config>clear data and erase the channels and then hit the factory default. If u dont do both then it will never clear the box properly, ive noticed scanning results are alot cleaner/better and pick up more channels afterwards.
Id recommend doing that and running the autoscan and if that still fails re-run it but then just before it says press ok to scan hit exit and choose power scan>Full scan and try that. If it still dont work then possibly the box is bad... |

good evening.
go to the channel thats breaking up, press the info button twice and note the frequency.(eg 522.000mhz). go to menu, instalation, user instalation, enter pin. you will now see a list of frequencies. scroll down to the frequency that you noted before. (eg 522.000mhz). press green button. ch edit. press blue button. modify. useing the numbers on the remote add 0.5 mhz to the frequency. (eg 522.000mhz becomes 522.500mhz.) press ok. it will say please wait to save data. press exit. if the picture is now stable, all is well. if the picture is better but still glitches go back and add another 0.5mhz. if the picture is worse go back and subtract 1mhz. hope that helps. sossybaby. |

hi, can someone please help me.
i recently purchased a eurovox max3 everything works, no problems at all. but when i connect using RF cable instead of scart i cannot tune the signal in to the tv correctly. i set the UHF number to 40 and did an auto serach using my TV, it picks up the signal (picture and sound) but as soon as i save the settings on my TV i only get the picture no voice. i have tried fine tuning and found that i can get the voice if i perform some extra fine tuning however it is all accompanied by background noise so you can't make anything out. the reason i want to use RF instead of scart is so i can send the signal out to my booster so i get the signal in my entire house can someone help, please!! |

in the tv config menu change the uhf mode from pal b/g to pal i. and you will get more help if you start your own thread rather than posting at the end of an old 1.
