hi can any one help me plz,thinkin of buyin a eurovox max 3....plug in and play?is it realy that simple?even to someone who hasnt a clue!.ive got telewest fone and broadband but no cable tv do i just go ahead or do i get tv package 1st,wheres best place to buy...

do you have a cable tv connection to the house? if so then yes you can get the channels if you flash the max3 box and do a scan, i got mine at the w-end and i have a connection to n-tell but dont pay a sub and flashed the box and did a scan- there are a few good guides here that helped

hi,thanks for reply,when i say clueless i realy mean it,!!!!!! flash n scan eh? honestly m8 you have to keep it realy simple for me.i was assuming the t v connection is in the same box that the fone is connected to,it would only cost me £1 a month to subscribe to minimum package.would have 2 buy eurovox on internet,cant find any place local that sells em {lanarkshire/glasgow area} thanks again.

if you've got the internet active to your house then the tv line is already live as they share the same feed so there is no need to subscribe to the tv, you can buy a eurovox 3 on ebay unflashed for 125 and flash it your self using the software, r323 cable and the flash file. all available from the gmail account setup in here or i could email them to you orr if that is a bit technically worrying you can buy one preflashed for 150 on ebay and it just a matter of doing a powerscan once plugged into the cable connection
