hello everyone,
I seem to have an extreme problem here:sad_smile: I've only had the reciever for a couple of onths:embaressed_smile: while upgrading to the magicpatch in the past for a freind it worked fine, now I have a technomate TM-5300 D+ USB Super same as his & in the process of upgrading mine for the second time using USB memory stick (I made sure I used the right & latest patch posted here) it downloaded the patch as usual then powered off as usual but never powered back on again as it was supposed to do:cyclops:, waited a long while but nothing happened, so I switched it off from the back...waited 10 seconds then swtched it on again, a green dotted line shows up on the front of the reciever then switches back off, well, the TV does'nt pickes a blank screen then shows as if the reciever is'nt connected, and the front bit where the time/channel is is blank Every time I try switching it on now the same thing keeps on happening, it goes on for a split second with a green dotted line & a blank TV screen then goes offline again with nothing showing on the TV screen or on the reciever. I realised that it is on when I do switch it on as there's a red light at the back when its on and switches of when it is'nt (where it says PDIF next to the USB slot) but still shows as if its switched off Does anyone know what I should do, I can't downgrade it with a USB as its not swtching on in the first place....I don't know what to do:confused_smile: can anyone help please....it would be greatly appreciated Kindest Regards, and thanks for the advice in advance:wink_smile: |

press menu key and keep it pressed down while you switch on with back switch. If you have an usb option to load previous firmware try that.
If not you have to revert to the serial null modem cable and the loader program. Switch off computer and receiver. hook it up with null modem cable to computer and TM. disconnect lnb cable start computer, leave receiver switched off, start program browse to the firmware. Receiver Update Software: Code:
