Hi all
I'm looking to make a purchase but I'm a total newbie and are unsure which box to get. SV is cheaper but EV seems to have more support. Can anyone enlighten me as to which one is better and why? Or do they both do the same thing and either will do? Any help / advice would be appreciated Many thanks in advance PP |

The D-Box2 although dated is the most versatile and best supported, the firmware is open source and updated almost daily. The dreambox-C is better hardware than the d-box, but probably not quite as well supported.
As for the rest, they seem about equal in their capabilities, with the EV being more popular and probably the best supported. |
