PPV and SKY BOXOFFICE - Please Help

Hi,

I use to get sky box office and ppv channels but I cannot get them anymore. I've scanned using brute force but no luck. I've transfered services file to the box but still nothing. Please can you assist me.

Can you also advise me on something, I'm using commando 11.1 image file, and using the magic files which comes with auto search for keys, is that ok? or do i need to use another kind of auto key updater?

Somebody in your area needs to have ordered the PPV event you wish to view in order for you to be able to watch it. The magic files are right but you could try updating to the latest Commando image (you will have to FTP the magic files over again).

thanx for the info mate, but just to ask. if someone has ordered sky boxoffice or ppv in the area, then will brute force scan pick this channel up?

and what is the latest commando image available?

if your not getting any ppv you might be in a n3 area have read here

Areas hit by 3.7 and/or N3

i dont know, its possible because bradford is next to leeds who have been hit with N3 but then again I'm not sure but I have heard people form bradford still have their sky box office channels.

if you have loaded the magic files and set attributes to the cams and its stll blk you could be n3.

i've been advised by some one to re-install the image commando 11.3 and to put in the magic files and services.xml and you will get the box office channel but do not scan it as this will cause the channel to go away. dont know but any idea on this? or do you think I should just install commando 12.1.2 to check wether it will be available?
