Default Newbie Eurovox/software Query??

hi all

firstly top forum,

need some advise if any one can help

gonna purchase a cable box from an auction site prob a eurovox ( good choice???) which one......

i understand that it is basically plug and play , would anyone advise a splitter for talkback to the relevant companies??

also can anyone explain epg probs with this if any?

can i still get bbc1,2itv 4 etc along with the premim channelsthrough the box?

the website to update the firmware etc and they seem non existant?

and basically and gold advise for me

Yeah ebay got some Eurovox Max V3 boxes u should be able to grab one for about £140-150 with next day Weekdays only delivery. There the latest boxes with Euromax so go for that one.

Try looking for one thats including the firmware that way your ready and your box is up and running in about 40 minutes.

Yes EPG issues still present, some odd channels may describe the wrong listings/programs running but its a minor... eurovox does also have a slight issue with full screen/widescreen programs it cant display it properly but again its a minor and for the most part most will be happy.

Yes 1,2,3,4 and Preminum channels like sky movies 1-9 and proberly about 20 adult channels

My eurovox max 3 is excellent a away better experience then the Dreambox ive owned, but its not 100% perfect am missing few odd movie channels but again its a minor and a lovely box to go for despite its small faults.

WHATS THE STARVIEW LIKE??????????????

any other known suppliers?????????
