Starview the box super off in Blackburn

Hi all, my starview The Box Super has gone off in Darwen/Blackburn area, have done a complete rescan and just get duplicate channels, only thing i can get at moment is BBC1, Have checked to see if i am in N3 area and it says not, another poster has said his Eurobox is also not working in my area, any ideas or is it now a Dead Zone???????????

You have done menu 1570 and turned emu on ???

yep done all that, just says bad channel and screen stays black, just bbc1 itv1 n c5 ,also when we did rescan picked up 130 transponders when usually only bout 70 and a lot of channels say NGSI1 NGSI2 NGSI3

No Thanks, forum is usually red hot if it has gone off, not panicking yet, maybe just a glitch, like you said had over 6 years so can`t complain, just wondered if anyone else having probs,

My mate has box in bolton and they have gone n3 , there is no fix and that is it .


Better to get what you can for them before all areas go off.

try a factory reset/restore before rescan.. happened in gr/manc 2 weeks ago...still on.. still waiting for new card!! have you had yours??

hi boomer39, did factory reset n all that, don`t have cards with starview boxes, just notice another icon nxt to the $ icon so prob bin n3`d, never mind, just puzzled why no more posters, usually forum is red hot, but maybe everyone resigned to N3 rollout no body bothering to post for help

this happened in Birmingham yesterday to. go to your menu - installation -- manual -- were you can see all the frequecies highlight them and see in the bottom what % there at if its still showing roughly there same then clear data and do a full power scan once more i suggest .

If you have done it and are picking up the ng channels you have been hit , like i said offer there mate
