Default Putting plasma on wall

If i was to do this (well im going to) how would i be able to hide about 10 miles of cable, running up and down my walls.

ok 10 miles a exageration bt its getting there, would the only way to dig the plaster out and then filling over it ?

my mate has this done all his cables are neatly hidden away in the walls with protection coating ova them. Mines are just streching on the side of ma tv down to my stand which dosnt really look nice but aint got time to have a fiddle with them im going to try look for a nice cable tidy kit

Some options:-

Chip the plaster off and bury the cables.

Push the cables up the cavity (don't know how to do it, but know it can be done)


Conduit , eg D-line trunking, google it.

What I did was to build a "false chimney breast", and put all the cables up that.

looks tidy mate, is that full 1080p

was recently reading about home diy tv installs,if you hang your plasma/led and it falls off the wall, certain insurance companies are refusing to pay out for replacment tv`or damage caused by the alleged tv falling off the wall

Yes the TV is capable. But was showing some crappy download rubbish from a USB stick. Blueray looks good on it though.

Got mine screwed to the wall with 65mm coach bolts and rawlplugs, straight into brick, it ain't going nowhere.

think of using a bracket myself so i can swivel it, the one wiv 1 arm but 2 exstensions.

il make sure it wont fall off, il tie a security strap to the main wall bracket
