Thought id inform you if you don't already know that if you have any little ones you could be eligible for a free laptop or pc to help them threw there school life's.

So have a look and request a application pack from the free phone number on the site below. Also the application is very basic and takes no longer then 15 minutes to fill out.

Is this like a loan scheme? Where you have to give the item back after a year?

Would be nice to have a family computer downstairs!-replacing the case first, or selling it on and getting a nicer one downstairs(if all parts are custom e.g.: dell)

Methinks we get child tax credit and my brother is 8 years old(and its being stopped next year), so might as well be quick

no its not a loan scheme and you don't have to give them back they will give you a voucher for what you qualify for either 250 ish for a lappy or full package round 525 you can only goto certain retailers which they provide i think comet is included

Its not a lone scheme , its a scheme that us taxpayers pay for , which then helps the fat slobs who live on the corner of our street , the ones with a tv in every bedroom , and a wii , ps3 and 42" plasma and never done a days work in there life .
a nice free laptop , to put on ebay , or in cash-converters , to pay for there weekends drinking binge !

True say but this government uses enough of our £££ on crap upon crap. At least schemes like this hopefully do go to the people who need them and are generally doing there best for there kid so they dont have to grow up and be like daddy who sits at home.

It would be a whole lot better if it was a loan scheme on netbooks as they cost less to run.

With loans, you are making sure that these will not be sold on

Presumably, for some families, their bills are paid for.

netbooks cost less money than pcs and they cost less to run

Hi very well put you hit it right on the nail in this life if you never lift a finger or get off your back side to work you seem live better than those who do go out to work. Whos the dummys.

yes there are many slobs and layabouts out there who will jump on this and get what they can for free,,, to sell or keep or barter at cash convertors,, but there are also many many poor families that have nothing and this will give their kids a better chance at education which in turn will lead to a much better life for them........

ok so its not going to be like that... i know the way it will be,, the kids will get their free laptop and use it to msn or facfuck their friends and try to get as many shags out of it as they can,, then when times get hard they will sell the free netbook to the dealer for 60 quids worth of weed then become slobs just like their dads are...

but its nice to think that maybe just one of these yobs err sorry youts will make use of the extra education and help drag themselves probably kicking and screaming out of the shitness we call everyday life and make something of themselves which wont involves 9 bars and skunk!

Like I said this would work a lot better as a loan, not as a straight here you are. You get the fat slobs on the street, unemployed since forever and then you get me who's also fat and needs to go to the gym lol
