Basically if I get the PVR with a minimum package, can i make use of the pvr? - if so, how would i connect it?
also, if so, can they read what you have saved to the pvr?

If I bought a standalone hd dvd recorder, will the tv guide be available? also have these only one tuner? - thinking on the lines of sky plus having more

star or euro - whats best? noticed a few posts about re flashing them, also ebay selling ones not working....

also, do they all work in widescreen?
