Default Problem with dbox2 resetting

Hi

i have a nokia dbox2 with old sporster image. Was working ok when i brought it but recently tried to network and record to pc without luck and now i cant seem to modify my bouquets, as everytime i try and save i end up losing almost all channels and cant view them. i also lose channels if i switch box off and on again and the only way i can get all the channels back is by choosing the alternative sporster image bios thing.

can anyone help me reset the settings. Also i cant record with this version sporster and was considering using the commando image, would that we the best image to get and how d i go about backing up the current image & settings ,

sorry for all the questions just try to get streaming and recording to work and any help will be apprecated.
