Manhattan Plaza XT-CM- Change of OTA satellite

I have a Manhatten Plaza XT-cm and am having a real problemm upgrading software via my computer and the receiver’s RS232 connection. I have a USB serial converter and have even tried effecting the transfers from Manhattans web site via an older PC by its RS232 socket without luck..

I therefore tried doing the upgrade via satellite (OTA) but Manhattan have changed the satellite from Hotbird @ 13E to Astra 1 @ 19.2 E. As a result the
Frequency 12475
Polarity,H
Symbol Rates 27500 and
Load PID 1978
need correcting. I referred this to Manhattan who told me to upgrade my software via computer which I had already told them I had difficulties doing. I have sent them 2 other emails to which they havenot replied.

Can anyone who has the changed details please advise me what the are

Hi, I also have a problem with the OTA update ,I have a Plaza XT-M and I use 12603 h 22000 pid1224 sat: astra 1e/1f/1g 19.2E and it only says "searching " on the screen. Other than that nothing happens.

Anyone knows what to do?
