Voxer help!

I have tried what I believe to be eveything but must be doing something wrong. I have uploaded my personnel cdf file with voxer to my eurovox 5100 with my favourites all nicely organised but now connected to my tv the channels are listed but no channel/audio data is the message I get on the screen. Does anyone know how I can now scan the box and the channels save in the order which I have them listed. I thought this is what voxer was for??? or am I getting it wrong.
I deleted all the channel data before uploading my cdf file as that is what I read on a previous post but when I scan the channels either appear in their usual mixed up order or are scrambled, the emulator is on.

you need to do a factory default reset to erase all channels then do a powerscan.
you then upload your new scan to your computer and use Voxer to sort rename etc. to your liking.
once you have finished editing the file you then download it back to your box.
when you view chanels on the TV they should now be as you arranged them.

Ok cheers. I did that the first time but I was under the impression when the channels went T**s up again you could upload the CDF file already in my prefered order rescan and channels would save according to the file order my mistake.

Thanks anyway I will have to do it another day my heads done in now. I have tried everything and I'm sick of running up and downstairs.
